I made this series of mono prints during an awarded artist residency at PLAYA in Summer Lake, OR in the cold month of January, 2024. I spent 3 plus weeks in the Sand Hill print studio experimenting with mono printing. I was completely taken by the expansive, ever-changing, dramatic landscape in that part of Oregon. I developed two images by utilizing the ghost print. We were a special cohort of 7 artists– 4 visual and 3 writers.
